I agree. The question is, do we allow it to get worse.
Some guy with some true grit could get very upset about this and move a mountain on the subject.

I believe you’re right, some Dad or Husband is going to beat the **** out of a pervert molesting his daughter/wife; get arrested, it’ll go to trial and then the true value of our Constitution and the American people’s outrage will be tested for all Americans to see.
