The Army was a shit for even thinking of trying him, esp. with the Obama administration “campaign” on sexual harassment and crimes (hypocrisy).
I am sure that was 99% of the reason they reversed their decision. it goes to show that there is still a sliver of sanity left in America.

The child molester was a village official. Apparently Thursday night is “boys night” and he was raping this boy and the courageous soldier broke it up.
