I always enjoyed Orbison's music, I thinks mostly because of his mastery of his voice. How lucky we all are that he shared it in "popular" music, rather than sequestered away on an opera stage where only a few would hear him. Think of his later work with the Traveling Wilburys. Everyone else sounds like a croaking frog when they take over the vocals.

Crying always had an emotional impact on me, bringing back memories of lost family and friends. Learning what it ment to Orion made it more powerful.

Orbison's voice was unique and he died way too young, I can't believe he's been gone 27 years!

What a tragedy he had to endure but the voice and music he left us will live forever!
