The "prosper" part of my reply was directed towards the hospital, doctor and pharmaceutical industries. I just retired from the field and well managed outfits are seeing increased patient volumes and revenues. There have been closures, but not near the catastrophic level predicted. Once again, the ACA was about regulating the insurance industry. This is where the dominoes will fall on the march to a Canadian style national health system.
