I always loved that (and others), but even seeing it spelled out 40-some years later, I still have no clue what it means. Maybe it’s because of Yes sounding so great and barely being understandable* that I haven’t cared so much about what words are sung as how they sound for a long time now.
*Except for South Side of the Sky, which I actually had the pleasure to see them do live once...an encore piece at the end of a tour with each member of backup band Gryphon joining them onstage. Just wonderful!
Still think Rick Wakeman was one of the great keyboardists of all time. Left the band and did some real esoteric stuff afterwards.
