The big question is why is Cruz prolonging this? He and his gal-pay Fiorina are attacking Trump daily. 60,000 attack ads have been run against Trump so far. If we are really going to coalesce around the putative nominee, it is time for Cruz and Kasich to get out.

Now Indiana is supposed to be the last stand. I doubt it. CA will become the new last stand. Cruz just keeps moving the goal posts. Trump is so far ahead by every measure that it makes no sense to deny him the nomination no matter what tactics or "rules" they use. Only Cruz's ego and ambition stand in the way.

What does it matter what Cruz does at this point, instead of paying attention everyone should just ignore it. Trump should win the nomination on the first vote, if he doesn’t it won’t be on Cruz but on the GOPe leaders and there will be a revolt of a magnitude not seen before and I really don’t believe there would be that many delegates that initially agreed to support Cruz after a second or third ballot that would still do so.
