I agree, in most parts, she is the kiss of death to his campaign.
It all has to do with the 500,000 dollar transfer from the Cruz PAC to the Carly PAC. This is not an impromptu decision. He owes her something and she wants to stay current in the news. Unsure if she helps or hurts in Cali, assuming he remains in the race.

She’s no gain in Cali... She destroyed HP, no one in tech with a memory is going to support her... Cruz’s campaign was dead before this decision, at this point its twilight zone watching Cruz... his detachment from reality is surreal.
