The FEC wrote the Cruz/Superpac for an explanation of the $500,000 payment, the language of the letter is pretty strong (it's all at FEC.gov.) But I've seen nothing from media covering the status of that FEC requirement for which Cruz/Superpac was notified.

FEC has also asked for more explanation of the $500,000 "loan" from Goldman Sachs that Ted just forgot to report, kinda like you or I might forget we left a couple of nickels in our trousers before we took them to the dry cleaners. Has Cruz responded to what seemed to me to be a strongly worded request, apparently with the force of law behind it? I've read nothing about it.

Cruz refused to comply and still hasn’t declared the loans to them. The SEC has to take him to court but that won’t happen for about a year. Ted’s hiding something.
