BEIRUT—Rescuers in the northern Syrian city of Aleppo were working Thursday to pull the dead and wounded from the rubble of a hospital supported by Doctors Without Borders after the facility was hit by what opposition activists said were Russian airstrikes.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a U.K.-based opposition monitoring group, said its activists had counted at least 27 dead, including the three doctors.
Neither the Observatory nor the international medical aid group said who had carried out the airstrikes, but two antigovernment groups—the Syria Revolution Network and the Local Coordination Committees—blamed Russia.
In Moscow, the Russian Foreign Ministry didn’t immediately respond to the allegation its warplanes were responsible for the attack. Russian diplomats and the Defense Ministry have said the country’s aircraft target only terrorists and have praised the accuracy of their airstrikes.

By the way, Doctors Without Borders warned that the Syrian rebels were all lousy with Islamist. So, that hospital that was hit was where the Islamist were hiding at.

After returning from treating patients in Aleppo, Syria, Jacques Beres, co-founder of the medical charity group Medecins Sans Frontieres (Doctors Without Borders), said that at least half the people he treated were foreign fighters who are intent on waging holy war and establishing an Islamist state.

I support killing everyone in a hospital that is behind jihadi lines. The rules of war do not apply to terrorist. Kill them all.

The moderate beheaders use ambulances, schools and hospitals as command centers and weapons warehouses. The surrounding population is supportive.
Exactly, until they are a declared and Accepted nation that signs on to and follows the Geneva Convention, they are outside the protections of international law like all pirates and brigands. They are against all flags.
After all these years of bombardment post Gadaffi, I’m very surprised there are still any buildings in Syria of any kind left to be felled at all.
This is in Syria not Libya. Assad is still around but Gadafi is dead.
