Will Kasich name a running mate soon? On Sunday, Kasich said his team had begun the vetting process. “We have some old hands now who are beginning to do that. These things come quickly, and you don't want to have yourself in position where you have got to pick somebody out of a hat."

There is a third reason: hope that the GOPe/Cruz alliance can get it to a second ballot, and then that the GOPe will be able to grab it from Cruz, but not quite bold enough or able to bring Ryan in as a completely new candidate.

So, you’re saying Kasich has a chance on the first ballot?

I’ll agree. Trump has a chance. With 52% of the delegates in a crowded field, he has a nonzero chance of getting 38% of the remaining delegates - unless the media and the republican establishment turn against him.

Wow. Delusional is right.

Maybe he's interviewing our RINO governor.

Kasich/Snyder. Has a nice ring.......

If Trump picks this delusional idiot as VP, he is crazy. Kasich needs mental health help.

We already know that Romney (for President) & Ryan (for Vice President) have made their choices. They filed papers to run for the GOP nominations on Jan 31, 2016 with the FEC. Now, after spending that money & ONLY that money, these 2 PIRATES think they can cause enough disruption to come in like knights on white horses to the Convention & steal the whole ball of wax.

IF that happens, I hope Trump runs as a Third Party-—maybe the Tea Party & I will never vote GOP again-—after being a registered Republican for over 55 years.

We are going to need alot more popcorn before this is all over in November.

Kasich needs to be impeached for insanity.

Maybe he can pick Bernie Sanders. You cant make this garbage up. Cruz and Kasich are the 2 biggest clowns I recall, running at this point. Kasich couldnt beat Castro .

It would be interesting to see, who would be dumb enough to accept the VPoffer from Kasich.

So much 2nd hand embarrassment.

Notice those running in 2008 or 2012 Primaries never embarrassed themselves the way Cruz and Kasich are.

It is obvious all they care about is paying their campaign debt off. THAT is all this is about. Stealing from donors in order to pay off their debts and keep hundreds of Cruz operatives employed for a few more weeks. So much 2nd hand embarrassment.

Both are exhibiting signs of Delusion of Grandeur in real time.

A delusion of grandeur is the fixed, false belief that one possesses superior qualities such as genius, fame, omnipotence, or wealth. It is most often a symptom of schizophrenia, but can also be a symptom found in psychotic or bipolar disorders, as well as dementia.

People with a delusion of grandeur often have the conviction of having some great but unrecognized talent or insight. They may also believe they have made some important discovery that others don’t understand or appreciate.

This is why many are calling for an intervention. Someone in the Cruz and Kasich camps have to be the voice of reason. Even though they are being courted by the Rino's, they need to have some dignity.
