FOX News host Kimberly Guilfoyle told The Five on Wednesday that she watched the Cruz-Carly Fiorina announcement on Wednesday and if felt a little like the “Children of the Corn” cult.
"It was almost like, wait did I miss a couple weeks? or a couple months and this is what’s happening at – the convention? RIght? So it’s definitely putting the cart in front of the horse. But I thought it all went well. The singing freaked me out a little bit. It was a little unusual. Yes, it was a little ‘Children of the Corn’ but I don’t know."
Expect 5,000 hate emails in the next half-hour, Kimberly.
The Cruzers will not be pleased.

I gotta say, as much as I’ve been critical of Senator Cruz’s actions today, it is something I’ve advocated in the past. Why not make it a two person ticket even in the primaries, why make it a surprise guest at the convention? I mean, really, if the pick goes sour (hi iCarly), you’ve still got the option of changing horses at that point (hi iCarly...)
I just didn’t think anyone would pick such an abysmal and useless running mate. I should take back my words accusing him of hubris; just so hard to when thinking of someone making iCarly a running mate...
