Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) officials are moving ahead with a key part of the Clean Power Plan (CPP) despite the Supreme Court issuing a stay against the agencys global warming plan in February.
The EPA submitted a proposal to the White House for green energy subsidies for states that meet the federally mandated carbon dioxide reduction goals early. The Clean Energy Incentive Program would give credit for power generated by new wind and solar projects in 2020 and 2021 and a double credit for energy efficiency measures in low-income communities, according to Politicos Morning Energy.
The move seems to violate the Supreme Courts stay against CPP preventing the EPA from implementing its plan to cut carbon dioxide emissions from U.S. power plants. EPA, however, argues its doing this for states that want to voluntarily cut emissions despite this being part of CPP.

Just prosecute, and go up the chain of command. But the DOJ is the prosecuting authority so we are powerless.
Only a real revolution would return our government to how it should be.

Isn’t Obamaland great?
We have to follow the rules when it comes to selecting Presidential candidates, but we don’t have to follow them when we’re running your country!
Now come over here, we need someone to wipe our asses on. :P

Trump is going to have to go through these alphabet agencies with a fire hose on full blast.
...Name one agency Trump would actually get rid of. Just one.

how many more days before Trump takes over?

A year from now we are going to start seeing things we’ve all wanted to see, serious prosecutions of these kinds of ‘let’s give America the finger’.
We’re going to see people go to prison.

Arrest the EPA administrator for contempt of court. Keep her incarcerated until her underlings bring proof to the court that the practices have ceased and any injured parties have been compensated for losses incurred by the illegal action.

I was giving consideration to the political theater that might play out day by day as the "political prisoner" revered by the left tries to hold out while her minions scurry from the light of public scrutiny like the cockroaches they are. The amusement might be improved by working down the chain of command and placing those who continue the contempt of court into the gray bar hotel.
