I wish Levin would put his energy into influencing Trump into making conservative appointments. He's burning his bridges if he wanted to be a policy advisor to Trump for conservative issues, given his lifelong commitment to the movement and previous administration experience.

“burning his bridges”
LOL
Yeah. Even Rove is very subtly starting to accept the idea that Trump is going to get the nomination.
The closer Trump gets, the more the ones who LUV being close to the power will start sidling up to Trump.
Many saw Big MO-mentum shift after New York. Some a tad more dense saw this shift last evening. Some rather hard-headed are waiting for IN next week.
They don’t want to jump too early, just in case Trump does finally flame out, but if they wait too long (like Kasich may be doing), their opportunities with the new administration may be fleeting.
I see, it’s righteous now. It’s not about an opportunity to have a friend of conservatism in the White House, it must be the One True Man.

The “Trump & Hillary are two peas in a pod” from Cruz & his surrogates like Levin is textbook voter suppression. Cruz knows he isn’t going to win and is planting the seeds to get conservatives to sit out in November. How principled and conservative of him. Really, really pathetic.

I don’t think he is capable of an attitude readjustment which is sad because as you point out, he could have been a policy advisor.
Trump liked Levin before the attacks began.
