Let’s take bets on if this is prosecuted in the city of Anaheim. It sounds like a liberal enclave.
They will probably say the person spraying felt threatened by the violence inducing signs and verbiage, so they were justified.

If they can get away with saying that they were threatened by an 8yo and an 11 yo girl, there's no hope at all for free speech and laws against assault.
