John Bolton said Trump hit it out of the park. Nothing about it he didn’t like.

I really liked how he ripped the losers with perfect resume’s.

They look good on paper but they don’t know what they’re doing!

That speech was awe inspiring. It was hard to keep up with the chat comments but from what I saw, I wasn’t the only one inspired by him.

Yes. Trump is no fool. He has a very cogent plan of action and he does not plan to surround himself with a bunch of retreads.

Good speech. I think he achieved 2 things with the speech. He calmed those in the party that were concerned about his seriousness and their inability to get beyond his personality. I would think that the speech goes a long way in potentially coverting the neverTrumpers in the party to maybeTrumpers. The 2nd thing is I think Cruz and Kasich are going to be hard pressed when his poll numbers against Hillary in polls start to exceed theirs.

it’s his tone - reasonable, mature, and his facial expressions... that this is serious.

what a difference with what we see prancing about running it’s mouth now...

What a great ad. Show Hillary “suffering” at the hands of the House committee next to Chris Stevens suffering at the hands of the Benghazi muslims.

The TelePrompter is probably going to be a necessity when giving topic specific speeches like this. Before TelePrompters, speakers would bring reams of notes to the podium. In fact, that was the original reason for having podiums - to have a place for your notes. Trump is great off the cuff when in debates, at rallies or talking to the American people but probably better off having major speeches like this written ahead of time.

Speaking of debates, I was reading about the famous 1858 debates between Lincoln and Douglas. Nothing at all like we do debates today. The debaters were given one hour to open, an hour and a half to rebut, and then another hour for closing statements! Attention spans must have been longer in those days.

It was a very convincing speech and Trump pressed all the right buttons. A recent Harvard study I listened to on C-Span yesterday says the majority of millenials want globalism and socialism. The problem is most of them don’t know any different. They all should listen to Trump’s speech and realize he has a much better vision.

O...M...G...! Is anyone listening to this? I notice Rush isn’t carrying it. Not commenting on it. On FOX.

What a speech. This is the kind of speech you’d hear from FDR or a young REagan, or Kennedy or Teddy Roosevelt, Andy Jackson. I’ve never heard a politician speak like this!!!

Folks, he must be protected.

I and distinguished others, now departed, began the drive to get this word uttered by a President over 20 years ago. Nice to hear it finally uttered.

Trump knows everyone. I assure you, Trump arranged his own invitation.

By the way, the Mayflower is called the "Hotel of Presidents".
