The ‘Principled Conservative’, should let it be. Bow out with some dignity..
Nitpick, and proabaly a typo on your part. King put half of the 54, or 27, into the Trump column - said it would be at least that many.
“Momentum is everything now.”
Yup...if he wins Indiana outright, Cruz will be dragged off the stage
“King put half of the 54, or 27, into the Trump column”
You’re right..I took the PA. numbers from the guy on MSNBC
I don't know ... we seem to be approaching a point where the voters view them as caricatures. Just saying, there is no harm to the party or the country by allowing a couple fruitcakes to run.
The next story to exhaust is 'Trump can't beat Hillary'
Must keep the score close into the final few minutes ... no one wants a boring super bowl ... but this one's going to be a blow out.
I'm really surprised at the straight reporting coming from CNN and even MSNBC. Granted that their commentators want Clinton to win, yet they are saying there is something unique going on in the country and Trump keeps countering conventional wisdom. Anderson Cooper seems very fair, as does Gloria Bolger.
That fool on Fox News that they have doing the delegate count is trying to make everyone believe Trump only gets to about 1175. This is like the third night he’s pushing his delegate map. I would say Trump should easily get 1237 and maybe even 1300 as his momentum is really growing.
He’s not a Texan in any way, shape, or form. All hat no cattle (or voters!) I doubt that after the disaster that WAS his bid to be the Republican nominee he will even be re-elected to his current position as senator. Little Marco deserves the same fate.
Cruz is a joke! And not a funny one either. Well except maybe the way he looks, sounds, and thinks . . .
Hillary will get her doors blown off in the general. People who have brains hate her guts as do I.
Here’s Trumps argument from today until Cruz and Kasich drop out:
They can’t win. Your vote for them literally means nothing. They could win every contest from here to the end and still not win. The only thing either can do now is spoil. Isn’t Cruz supposed to be the honorable, truthful politician? Do honorable, truthful people play spoiler once they’ve lost? Do they count on technicalities to do the job they couldn’t do themselves? Or do they back down gracefully, acknowledge the winner and the fight before fading into the background?
What would you, an honorable person do?
You are correct. I spent 40 years in NJ, and the true conservatives there are just as conservative as those I have lived among in Texas for the last 15 years. The trouble is that there are way less of us up there, percentage-wise.
Is it Bill Hemmer? Or whatever his name is? I saw that the other day. And he was switching states back and forth, but forgot one thing...NEW JERSEY!!!!!!
Thank you
thank you
thank you
You are the first person that has not forgotten New Jersey
Dr. Carson did a spectacular job on Outnumbered. He does well when he’s speaking from the heart.
How WARS are won.
This is war!
Go Trump!
Maybe I’m just slow, but it dawned on me earlier tonight that Ted’s strategy has been to win the nomination by poaching delegates he couldn’t win with votes.
Then I remembered Jeb’s comment about “winning the general election by losing the primaries”.
Either Bush Inc., who took over Ted’s campaign after Jeb dropped out gave Ted that strategy, or he stole that too.
Either way, I don’t think he’ll pull it off. He’s too busy insulting states that haven’t voted yet.
I got him at 1240 with new jersey and not any delegates at all from NM and SD. And that was really conservative.
I believe he picks up at least 130 in CA, Half in Washington state and half in OR...or more. Then Montana. and some from NE and it wont be impossible for Trump to clear 1280.
Trump claims IN and its over for once and for all.
It is actually over now and the proper thing for the rest is to clear out and get in line. Except for Cruz, he needs to clear out of the country.
Trump has a very realistic chance of sweeping ALL of Cali’s 172 delegates.
