From the time of the CO incident, I had lost complete respect for Sen. Cruz. Gov. Kasich should have called it quits a long time ago and gone back to Ohio to serve as Governor.

Sorry, that’s impossible. If you would, under any circumstances, even entertain the possibility for one second of voting for Hillary Clinton for President, then you are not a Republican. I would say what you are, but I’m too polite.
