Yes I am sick and tired of these talking points about Donald Trump as liberal and Ted Cruz as true conservative.
The most important issue is this immigration problem and if it doesn’t get controlled the country is doomed.

I care about eminent domain abuse, and so do a LOT of other people. Let's say for a moment that Donald Trump was not connected in any way with any cases of eminent domain - justified or not. Private property is a keystone to our free society, and protection against abuse of the Takings Clause (aka, eminent domain) is absolutely key to protecting private property rights.
As you know, the abolition of private property rights was a horrific cornerstone of the Communist Manifesto. Just look up the Agrarian Reform disaster when Castro took power. First the small farms were confiscated by the Communists because, as they said, "You won't be able to survive with the big farms." The large farms were just confiscated by Castro's regime because destroying property rights, even as weak as they were, was essential to enslaving the country.
We are among the decided minority of countries in the world that respects private property rights as a foundational principle. It is most certainly worth caring about.
