Amen to that.
Brady will be 39 years old soon, he has 15 seasons in NFL.
Brady is a rich guy, at his age he might just tell the NFL to F themselves and retire, become a sportscaster and ream the league every week for years to come. Then run for the Senate, and end their Tax exempt status, and lobby for teams to repay the cost to build their Civic Stadiums or pay higher rent.
In other words make the NFL pay dearly for this nonsense.
Illegal Aliens don’t get hounded like Brady did, and the league punishment exceeds their case in that they don’t have a prima fascia case that they can prove in court.
If their is a Trial it will be before an NFL friendly Judge
not in front of a Jury, you can bet the NFL would settle if this was going before a jury.
Maybe the fans of Brady can take it out on the NFL and Boycott this season. Teach them that Players have rights too.
Was just reading a portion of the dissenting opinion of the judge on the Second Circuit and I was struck by his lack of exoneration of Brady. He seemed to concentrate solely on the severity of the penalty and how it was unevenly administered.
Again this is a brief review of the published dissent, if I am wrong point me to the full dissent.
