The date of the interview is in the future, past the remaining primaries. So to get the interview, Kelly must be nice to him for the rest of the primary season. By the time the interview airs, Trump will have won or lost already. So really he risks nothing and gains a well behaved Fox anchor.
She should be fired at the least, drawn and quartered for her irresponsibility and bias.
