In any case, ObamaCare shouldn’t be Obama’s legacy because his supporters will simply deflect it to Pelosi/Reid as the failure becomes obvious to all. Obama’s legacy should be the horrible economy in general, with such symptoms as Ferguson/Baltimore; he owns this.

Historian David Maraniss notes, in Sunday’s Post, that President Obama came to office with the goal of changing “the trajectory of America” and leaving “a legacy as a president of consequence, the liberal counter to [Ronald] Reagan.”

Maraniss isn't a historian, but it is interesting that he's cutting Clinton (Bill) out of the picture.
