I believe that Trump is fine with no indictment, because he has said that if he becomes president, it will be helpful, if she has not received a pardon from Obummer for this issue.

So I have a question for Freeper lawyers: if the election is over before charges have even been filed against the Great Whore and Trump is president, is it even possible for Obama to pardon her on his way out? Can you pardon someone for crimes for which they have not been charged? If not, then withholding charges until after the election may ensure that Hillary actually pays for her crimes. Otherwise, she'll never see jail.
