Kathy Hiel questioned Cruz about the delegate process, accusing him of rigging the system. The contentious exchange ended with Hiel saying Cruz isn't a natural-born citizen

Well, if one unsubstantiated claim doesn't work Kathy switches to another unsubstantiated claim. It doesn't work either. The system (of delegate selection) may be rigged, but it was done long before Cruz tossed his hat into the ring. Cruz just used byzantine state rules to get his supporters as delegates in case there is a second ballot. As for the claim Cruz isn't a natural-born citizen, that has been refuted by Pennsylvania courts (including the State Supreme Court). To date no higher court has decided otherwise.

Furthermore, in their March 11, 2015, Harvard Law Review Forum article, "On the Meaning of 'Natural Born Citizen'," law professors Neal Katyal and Paul Clement, each a former Solicitor General, stated:

"While the field of candidates for the next presidential election is still taking shape, at least one potential candidate, Senator Ted Cruz, was born in a Canadian hospital to a U.S. citizen mother. Despite the happenstance of a birth across the border, there is no question that Senator Cruz has been a citizen from birth and is thus a 'natural born Citizen' within the meaning of the Constitution. Indeed, because his father had also been resident in the United States, Senator Cruz would have been a 'natural born Citizen' even under the Naturalization Act of 1790.
Thus according to the 1790 original interpretation, Cruz is a natural born citizen. Since then, the 1952 Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), under the authority of Article I, section 8, clause 4 of the United States Constitution continues to recognize Ted Cruz as a natural born citizen.

One of the leaders of your group of Cruz supporters 2ndDivisionVet said this about Obama in 2010 and many here believed it about Obama. Now suddenly the same doesn't apply to Cruz. Wish one of you could explain the double standard.

RIGHT!

According to the freakin' experts: EVERYONE IN THE WORLD is a natural born citizen, and can be President of the US.

To date no higher court has decided otherwise.

No Einstein, that shoe would drop some time after Cruz is the Presidential candidate, and running against Cankles...some time, like say....October.
