“I have never seen a conservative candidate become so odious to conservatives so quickly in my life!”
He almost went into free fall when Stabby the Clown joined him on stage.
Iowa was his high water mark for credibility.
Whatever happened to Cryin’ Glenn?
Haven’t heard his name lately.
Cruz should drop out. So I don’t mind him being booed.
Stabby the Clown was useful in deceiving the Utah Mormons for Ted Cruz - not a surprise, see ‘Joseph Smith’.
Now that Utah is over, Teddy-Boy apparently doesn’t need Glenn Beck to do anything other than pimp him on radio.
I was wondering about that with someone else, was he always this creepy weasel with really good consistent conservative camoflage or did he flip at some point?
I think Stabby the Clown is in a fetal position on some floor having an existential crisis.
“...was he always this creepy weasel with really good consistent conservative camoflage or did he flip at some point?”
I think he was always a construct. The father is the thread to pull, IMO. The weird and vague Cuban revolution connection, suddenly this ‘refugee’ arrives in Texas and is able to put his kid through private schools when dad is still speaking almost pidgin English. Felito is a product of the Bush machine, then isn’t, then is picked up by Jeb and Neil Bush...
It smells to high heaven. And that doesn’t even touch the CFR and bankster ties of wifey.
Let us not forget Bark Levin.
lol
Yeh that’s the ticket. LOL!
Cruz has been in the cartel. He will bring in lots of culture and job killers legally while sending out the illegal ones.
FR is a very good gauge of the conservative opinions of the nation.
Maybe.
I am almost certain to be a delegate from my little state of NM (not clear for whom — I will vote as required, until I am not so required, and then, yes I would support Cruz) and am very active in the grassroots in my state.
Pretty much all the volunteers fall into either the establishment (mainly Rubio/Kasich and his like) camp or Cruz, with a heavy tilt towards Cruz at this point in the East of the state and Sate Fe towards Kasich or Rubio.
The Trump supporters make a lot of noise on the internet, but none of them actually show up and do work in polling places, driving people to polls, or the like. I volunteer several hours a week and have had exactly zero interaction with any Trump supporter in real life (and I’d be glad to help, even though I don’t think Trump is a conservative).
They are certainly welcome at local meetings, but, so far, exactly zero have shown up, zero signs have been dropped off at the local Republican office, and zero effort has been made etc.
The assumption, to me, is we are a rural state and thus irrelevant to the NYC bigwigs. I view that as how they would govern — we’d be an afterthought.
My wife calls Trump supporters “Cliff Claven” Republicans. Very opinionated, very sure of themselves, but just sit on their asses at the bar bloviating.
At least in NM, they certainly don’t work for the conservative movement, the Republican party, nor give any money. Just spout off.
The results in your area may vary, but that’s the way it is in New Mexico — in real life.
I was initially for Ted Cruz after he declared at Liberty U . But then when Trump declared I began to consider the dynamic of a self made successful man , with balls and no hesitancy to attack and deride the sources of all of which I have long considered detrimental to the country that I love . I switched back last summer and have never looked back . I feel America needs a door kicker , not another political lawyer . I STILL feel that Trump needs to get his foreign policy , military applications and leadership thing together . I have plead with his campaign to draft (former) LTG Michael Flynn to lead his military affairs advisory effort . If he can get a team of real warriors standing with him , it will be a lock . He needs to lose the NYC Gucci glib a bit more . There is such serious s#it ahead .
The fact is they show up and vote for Trump, not for Cruz.
As for NM, the GOP is virtually dead, so don’t act like you guys have been doing anything significant there!
Dead except for the governor, LT governor, secretary of state and 1/3 Congress members you mean.
You know, every statewide office except the Senate.
