They used eminent domain and took over a beautiful site on the river for the building.
The Univ of Arkansas has their School of Government on the site. They told me Bill sometimes teaches class and grabs a coed or two for special instruction in the 4th floor “love nest”. Of course the public elevators only access to the 3rd floor, LOL.
