I was against Bush creating the DHS in the first place. It made no sense to me. Part of the 9/11 failure was in agencies not communicating with each other. So it seemed counterproductive to create another agency whose mission overlapped with those of the FBI and CIA.
I 2nd that. Knew it was a HUGE mistake.
