This issue should have been left alone by state legislatures. The number of “transgendered” people is minuscule and to discard societal norms for a few who have “issues” was a big mistake.
When a city in the state takes it upon itself to move the other way - to enable and protect the invasion, the state doesn’t have much choice, IMO.
