There is no alleges. The communique flat out says: “We would expect independent third-party groups to do the same and honor the commitments made by the Cruz and Kasich campaigns”.
And if not illegal, the two candidates conspiring to thwart a third, is reprehensible. Face it, Trump is more than just a footnote because We the People have had enough of politicians and their sewage tactics.
And these two “geniuses” don’t even realize that they are being played by the Establishment. On any second ballot, they will be dumped faster than last night’s beans.

If you think Cruz’s #neverTrump delegates are going to vote for him at the convention you smoked too much weed in Colorado....
Cruz will not be at the GOP convention much less running again’st Hillary. He’s going to be out very soon. His campaign is on life support.
Cruz is not expected to do well in Oregon and NM so he has to make up some pathetic plan with Kasich to cover why he’s pulling out of those states. Now when he does poorly there he can say its part of the plan. Pathetic. My guess is that he’s running low on cash and the donors are drying up fast.
You need to think about Jim Robinson’s post about bashing Trump. Trump isn’t whining, nor is he lying, stealing and cheating - buy a blue.
I guarantee that Cruz is already working on flipping Oregon and N.M delegates should Kasick win some.

I just heard on ABC radio news that FIORINO has confirmed that CRUZ has picked her to be on the short list for his VP.

[snip] Earlier today I read about a Craig Barrett who held a private fundraiser for Fiorina on Sept. 10th in Arizona. He is the chief Common Core pusher in AZ and Board member/ Chairman of Achieve Inc., the Common Core standards architects.
But I just found that this guy Barrett also heads Intel and the push for more foreign workers. The fundraiser featured Former US Sen. Jon Kyl...who in 2007 with Ted Kennedy and McCain was one of the senators to write Bush’s amnesty. Carly is in bed with the enemy!
