Cruz has really become enemy #1.

Just deplorable.

Cruin’ to a GOP Establishment brokered convention.

There will be more Cruz-pimping Monday and Tuesday along with “conservative” hit pieces on DT.

Just watch.

When I was listening to Limbaugh, he would at times rhapsodize about the conservative greatness of Cruz. An honorable man, a man that is the closest we will ever get to Ronald Reagan in our lifetime, etc. Why anyone would want to assign that type of end-of-history virtues to an untried and untested politician is puzzling. But, as Cruz has just proved, completely and utterly asinine. Limbaugh has to have had some kind of outside inducements to promote that line.

...........I agree. I really mis-judged the guy. His efforts now seem all about Ted not the country. I’ve had him on an auto draft for about a year. Going to cut that off. It’s paltry in the big scheme of things but not to me.

I still prefer Cruz, but it’s pretty obvious that he needs to get out now, or at the very least after the next disappointing loss to Trump. Despite the current outrage at Cruz by many Trump supporters, including those here, if he makes a graceful exit soon and spends the rest of the time supporting Trump, then I think all will be forgiven and his actual or perceived misdeeds will later just be looked back upon as him succumbing to the usual political posturing and manuevers which are being soundly rejected this election cycle.

But if he stays in until the end, particularly if that results in neither him (almost impossible) or Trump getting nominated by a convention vote, then he is toast.

Don’t blame Cruz, blame the slow dopes who are going to vote for him in Indiana.
