And yes, that is despite the Rangers etc. However, the Rangers etc. regularly take down a lot of it. Apparently, the profits are enough for the criminals to risk it. Also, many of the low level scum just aren’t that bright.
I live on one of the major routes in TX for Mexican drugs/illegals. We have a few problems but I suspect most of them just pass through.
