Trump doesn’t have a majority of the delegates at this point and I’m trying to tell you it doesn’t matter in the end if he does. Delegates will be challenged and rules will be proposed which will deny Trump a first ballot victory. Do you believe Trump will win a second or third ballot vote?

Trump has the highest negatives of any Presidential candidate in decades with Hillary only slightly behind. The Never-Trump Republicans will gladly live without the Trump cultists to rid themselves of Trump.

You listen to too much cable TV. This hype they are all generating is to keep people tuned in.

The truth of the matter is that Trump will more than likely have 1237 plus delegates by the Cleveland convention and will win on the first ballot. A little scheming two bit lawyer/1st term senator who is widely hated in his own senate will never undermine Trump at the convention.

Ted Cruz is outta gas and outta time. The voters have said no thanks.

And that would be the end of the Republican Party. If Trump wins, or comes close, and they install Kasich they’ll lose everything in a landslide. Not just the White House but the senate and house too. And record numbers of state and local elections.

There won’t be enough elected republicans left anywhere for the lobbyists and consultants to care anymore. And Hillary will finalize the death of this country...

It's delusional to think that stealing the nomination would go down well. In history, do you know when folks are most likely to rise up? When they're given some hope of a better future but it seems to be slipping away from them.

Smartest thing the party elite could do is to cede the nomination and salvage as much as they can from what's left of the Republican Party. If they'd actually get off their thrones and interact with the voters (as Trump has) they'd "get it" that their voting fodder is mad as *ell.

Media generated. No way in the world Trump could be leading everywhere if his favorability was so low. He won 58% of the women in the state of NY. Americans from every walk of life live in NY, from every state in the union. The man they constantly say can’t win is the one that can win. Never forget that. Reagan was also called an idiot by the media, just a washed up actor. He was also “trailing” Carter by 24 points in six months out of the election in 1980.

I'm going to ignore that cultists thingy and move on to my point. I think the GOPe understand exactly how many of us will never again vote for an R if they thwart Mr Trump. Lets just see how much they dare to poke the bear.
