Was Raphael working for the CIA at one time?
For Lee Harvey Oswald (Warren Commission photos published by the Enquirer this week)?
Why did he “flee” to Canada? Avoiding the draft? Someone on his heels?
This is all rank speculation, but it would make a great movie.
One thing for sure, if there is a CIA file on Raphael, it won’t, but it should be released or unsealed or whatever.
We probably have to wait until after Jan 20, and then maybe President Trump will order the release. Raphael knows a lot about the Kennedy assignation too...he was buddies with Lee Harvey...

Oswald was into the Texas ‘Justice For Cuba’ political movement, passing out fliers on the street, even got his butt kicked in a radio debate. It’s the reason he hated Kennedy: Bay of Pigs, the embargo, etc.
