Virginia Gov McAuliffe restored felon voting rights to help Clinton, ‘political opportunism’

Virginia Democratic Gov. Terry McAuliffe restoring voting rights for roughly 200,000 convicted felons is part of a lauded, national effort to reverse sentencing laws that most affect African Americans. But Republicans are suggesting McAuliffe, a long-time Clinton supporter, went too far by including violent criminals and that his move is a “transparent effort to win votes.”

The governor’s executive order allows Virginia felons, includes convicted murders and rapists, who by Friday had completed their sentence and finished supervised release, parole or probation requirements to vote in the swing state in the November presidential elections.

The FBI does NOT answer to Obama...

And I don't have to answer to my wife either.

Since when does a state governor have the authority to authorize felons to vote in Federal elections?

Only a few states do not reinstate voting rights after completion of the felon’s penalties.

Once a felon, always a felon. A high percentage of felons commit more crimes.

What about also restoring their equally volatile 2nd amendment rights? Picking and choosing what rights are convenient and others that are not?

Wouldn’t that seem a violation of the 14th Amendment, denying to some the “equal protection of the laws”?

“Did McAwful restore their Second Amendment rights?”

And that is the test for how much he really cares about restoring their rights. My guess us the ol’ carpet bagger will have enough administrative hurdles on that to keep that from happening.

The victims of these folks, past and future, will haunt this SOB for the rest of his abbreviated political life.

The Trump campaign needs to be a lot more concerned about this than anything “Lyin’ Ted” might be up to. Cruz is finished, but Hitlery and McAwful are stealing the purplest of the purple states from under our noses.

Shrrewd move. Nobody should ever think that Democrats are dumb. Unethical and sleazy maybe, but not dumb.

And Obama letting all those oppressed and over-sentenced folks out of prison was part of the same package, cementing the black vote into the Democrat party.

And you can bet that not one pundit of the MSM will see any connection and will argue against it if it pointed out.

Unethical and sleazy definitely not "maybe." p> Wed do soooo poorly already among black voters. Maybe this is an opportunity for a new strategy. The VICTINS of violent black criminals are themselves overwhelmingly black. Appeal to black voters and trust them to listen a lot more than 7% of the time as to what a baaaad idea it is to release any violent felons and particularly black violent felons who are statistically much more likely to rape their daughters on a lark or to mug or murder their granny for a few bucks for narcotics.

Hang Terry McAwful around the neck of his pal the Medusa. Use Terry McAwful and his policies in this respect to electorally exterminate the surviving legislators in the Virginia Senate and House of Burgesses who share his Demonrat affiliation and views. Demand answers from His Accidency the Demonrat VA Attorney General and make him choose between coddling black felons and protecting the general public.

The above does not even get to the matter of letting them vote, much less hold public office. Most folks understand that being a CONVICTED felon has consequences beyond incarceration, execution, monetary fines and parole. Bring Ken Cuccinelli back to run in the next election. He understands this stuff.

Meanwhile, since McAwful is a former Demonrat National Committee Chairman (2001-2005) coronated by Slick Willie and Huma Abedin's consort, hang McAwful around the neck of each and every Demonrat anywhere who is not willing to repudiate McAwful and anyone supporting him and this insane policy. Use the policy as just another vote grab like unrestrained illegal immigration.

WHEN the media refuses to cover this, the media cannot legally refuse to accept timely advertising placements on behalf of POTUS candidates, Senate candidates, House candidates and likely (I am not sure) state level candidates as well. Let George Steponallofus put THAT where the sun shineth not.

Roll out the corporate big money contributions legalized by Citizens United vs. FEC. Give the libs something to REALLY whine about. Remember Willie Horton? As Yogi Berra used to say, "Deja vu all over again!" AND "GOP" candidates need to grow a pair on this and other issues. Who better than Donald Bull in a China Shop Trump to ram this very worthwhile issue down the throats or up some other part of the anatomies of Hitlery and her love slaves? A little uncouth talk there to interest and engage the Trumpian masses. THIS is what not being a reflexive gentleman is really for.

And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand? The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin’s thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt!

And what really pisses me off is the fast the the Pubbie candidate, Cuccinelli, came sooo close to winning, but the national GOP refused too help him, why...I have NO idea!

This race could have been ours!
