Hey RG, we will disagree w/Trump plenty since he is not a pure Conservative and answers everything truthfully. He does not have practiced catch phrases and just speaks his mind.
When he clarified it he nailed it that the old system was fine and is not a federal issue. It is not even a local issue but a spiritual one.
