Newark NJ tried a “European re-colonization effort” (by attracting yuppies), but it failed; there is no way to hide the goal (getting lighter-skinned people to pay bills for darker-skinned people). Asbury Park tried years ago to draw homosexual yuppies, but it fell apart when they realized their housing would be mere blocks from hives of super-predators (who wouldn’t be brought to heel).
Trump should make a play for them in California...his message is tailor made for them if he can strike quickly and push his message!
