More than 500 pounds of commercial grade fireworks were stolen off a CSX train bound for Detroit.
Federal law enforcement agencies are searching for the missing cargo, considered explosives due to the amount missing.
About 15 to 20 pounds were recovered in southwest Detroit near the CSX Depot on the southwest side, according to Donald Dawkins of CSX. The 32 case commercial grade aerial shells are categorized as not for public use.

I don’t get it.
It was suspected that the theft happened in Ohio, yet some of the fireworks were recovered in southwest Detroit near the CSX Depot ?
The stolen fireworks made it to detroit before the train that carried them ?

As this official explained, handlers must have a permit before using and they are not to be set off by the general public, only professionals. So the news after they are set of by professional terrorists will be "charges include setting off explosives without a permit....
