Let the reader observe how supporters of Trump argue ad hominem:

1. Accuse the person with whom you disagree of lying.

2. Accuse the person with whom you disagree of being drunk.

You have been gone for too long.
You are no longer an American,
you have become a European.

I specifically called you out on your particular lie.
When you continued to deny it, I asked if you were drunk.
Now you are in denial.
Please seek help from a counselor.

Your accusations of ad hominem ring as pretty disingenuous, considering you accuse Trump supporters of "mindless hero worship", which is both insulting and false.

My God, how full of yourself you are! Talk about the pot calling the kettle black!

Virtually all of your posts are laced with such arrogant insults, misrepresentations, and clumsy propaganda technique.

It's really not worth anyone's time to go through and itemize your malicious posts point by point, but, trust me, your obvious, pathological dislike of Donald Trump completely overwhelms your ability to persuade.

All the eloquence and erudition in the world can't disguise your blind hatred for for the man, and your equally pronounced disdain for his supporters.

I'm afraid you're not persuading anyone to either support Ted Cruz or to withdraw their support for Donald Trump.

Ted Cruz is absolutely collapsing in the polls, both state and national. His support is disintegrating. Why don't you spend some of your eloquence trying to account for that?

Your flailing and conceit mirrors Ted Cruz's. At thos point, Ted Cruz's egotism and narcissism make Donald Trump's ostensible character deficits pale in comparison. Long ago, Ted Cruz ceded the moral high ground to Ted Cruz.

There's no need to itemize the reasons for Cruz's collapse; one need only peruse the various threads to be found here on FR, wherein member after member states "I was a big Ted Cruz supporter until ______".

Conversely, there is very little of the "I supported Trump but now I don't because ______".

The fact is, Ted Cruz started with overwhelming goodwill and support on this forum, and it has steadily eroded since Donald Trump's candidacy began. And, contrary to the insults, this forum is not composed of phony conservatives or low information voters.

It is Donald Trump and his supporters who have succeeded in persuading, and it is Ted Cruz and his supporters who have failed to persuade. Indeed, it is Ted Cruz and his supporters who have alienated many, such as myself, who once supported him as their first choice.

The trend is not likely to reverse itself at this late stage, and therefore you should probably pivot your analysis to start considering what went wrong with the Ted Cruz campaign, and whether perhaps your own vicious derogation of Donald Trump has contributed to that dynamic.

Food for thought.

The Revolution is ON!

Vote Trump
