They used to have a presidential poll, but the GOP canceled so that they could control who get the delegates.

LOL, it's you who've been duped. Even Rush Limbaugh admitted that Colorado was rigged for the designated insider. It's just that nobody expected it to be Ted Cruz until Bush was squashed like an insect by Donald Trump.
Then the GOPe, in sheer desperation, had to back Ted Cruz. And he obliged them by accepting their putrid endorsements and adopting their tactics 100%.
But Rush admitted that Colorado was all a "greased skids" scam, setup specifically for the GOPe darling, and to thwart any outsiders.

BTW, Trump turned those lemons into some sweet lemonade. Look at Cruz's tumble in the polls after he won Wisconsin and then stole the Colorado delegates.
