If you get your way, you'll force someone in transition, who looks, walks and talks like a man, into the women's bathroom and locker rooms with your wife and daughter. Again, we are debating an irrelevant issue. Instead, we need to be discussing how to get these sickos locked up in mental institutions where they belong.
No, the law said transgender which includes men who think they are women. There is no way to determine who is a transgender. It was a feel-good law that didn’t take into account that you cannot discriminate against men because they look like men.
