he’s the only candidate with even a chance of kicking over stools that support a gargantuan, over-inflated, intrusive big government.

I've heard him say that he'll overturn Obamacare and Common Core, build a wall, build up the military and raise taxes "on the rich" but haven't heard anything about abolishing any big government agencies or making government SMALLER in any way. Did I just miss that? Serious question.
