I’ve been following this case for about 6 months. They ripped off the govt to the tune of over $400k for moving expenses. At a congressional hearing, the VA admitted they ripped off the govt, but did not have any mechanism to recover the money. They both make over $150k per year. How bout taking it out of their pay check?
Don't need them to work at VA. They can each give up one of their kidneys, lungs, and corneas, which can be used to help someone in real need of them. And if the pair don't make it through surgery, the rest of their organs can be harvested for use.
Does the press care? No, but they need to be called out if this is true, it is a major scandal.
