Well for one thing, he would not appoint Trump’s sister, a supporter of partial birth abortion, to the Supreme Court.

So tell me what St. Cruz would do to end abortions as President. For one thing, he probably wouldn't have his Justice Department suing the states to overturn the abortion restriction they enacted, and would probably have them assist the states that are sued by other parties in federal court.
