Its not someplace someone would typically walk and perhaps the spot could be considered somewhat “out of sight” - but I nonetheless found it incredibly rude, figured out who it was literally told her to “cut the sh**.” She didn’t think it was a big deal, which angered me even more.

I had to move out of a house quickly and ended up in a apartment complex that appeared nice. After moving in I found myself to be in tijuana del norte, where the residents feel it is OK to let their dogs run loose and crap everywhere and for their children that we are supporting(the rent is not cheap and no section 8, so I figure still tax funded) to drop food and trash everywhere and anywhere! Thank God my lease is up and we are moving to a more balanced community in Huntington Beach, CA. I have had my belly full of little saigon and tijuana del norte.

HA...I put up a homemade sign in our neighborhood....said...Please Be Neighborly...Pick up your Dog’s poop. It worked. No more sidewalk messes. Can’t vouch for lawns....we don’t have one.

Either Madrid has gone down dramatically in 5 years; or this is more yellow journalism. Or both. Spent vacation time in Spain in 2011 and 2012; didn’t see any of this. Retiro Park was full of people on picnic, on the grass. So-called riots were really peaceful marches Etc.

As for the dogs, Italy was far worse - e.g., dogs in restaurants in Rome and Venice.
