Yeah and they did that by also including the ones whom you cant tell! That gave the LGBTQW..whatevers the opening they needed. That was pure sloppiness on NC’s part that cost everyone.

“A law that prevents at least that, even if it is not a foolproof detection device for all actual trannies, is still a heck of a lot better than no law at all.”

Not if the PR backlash gets you first. Not to mention the courts would never let this live to see 2017.

So in NC’s rush, they ended up giving these guys everything they could have hoped for.

Now NO STATE will dare even try.

Okay, since you refuse to say whether or not you support limiting restroom access as North Carolina did, what would be your preferred version of a law to keep men out of women's bathrooms?
