But I doubt getting the DC GOP delegates will mean much when it’s time to face the Electoral College.
Let me ask. Under rule 40 b The delegates bound to a person not in nomination is not “entitled” to vote on the first ballot . Does this mean that the “majority is less that 1237 by the number of those bound and not ent6itled to vote. They simply cannot vote .
Here is rule 40 — what do you think? to win one must have a “ majority of the votes entitled to be cast” Thoughts?

Trump will probably pick Kasich to lock up Ohio. He can win Florida without Rubio.
Here is the primary reason that Trump WON’T pick Rubio: he’s lazy.
I’ve read about Trump for nearly 40 years, including his “The Art of the Deal,” plus listened to him and his kids since this campaign started. IMHO, if there is one single characteristic in a person that Trump simply cannot stand, it is laziness. NFW he’ll pick Rubio, just on that basis.
Add to that the fact that Rubio has virtually no DC legislative experience (especially because he NEVER FREAKING SHOWS UP TO VOTE) in DC...and his stance on immigration is uncertain (at best) with a decided leaning toward open borders because of the Gang of Eight crap a few years back.
NO WAY to Rubio!
