The Guy that owns the Treasure Island Hotel / Casino introduced Trump at a Rally when he was in Las Vegas.
He is good friends with Trump.
This is my best recollection of the story he told the Crowd.
He told the Story about when he and Trump went to see the Bank that had the Loan on the Yacht Trump used to own. (He said Trump wasn’t big on owning a Yacht anyway).
Trump wanted to get the Interest Rate lowered on the Loan he had on the Yacht and the Bank Executives they were meeting with said no way.
Trump said well, than you can keep it and he threw the Keys on the Table and walked out the door. His friend followed him asking, what are you doing?
Just then, the Bank Executives ran out and caught up to Trump and his Friend and said they could work it out. They lowered the Interest Rate on the loan substantially.
When they left, his Friend asked Trump what would have happened if they didn’t come after him. He said I don’t know, I threw my Car Keys on the Table.
I hadn’t heard that. Great story. :)
