As pointed out many times last evening, Cruz has stopped calling for Kasich to drop out.
Cruz desperately needs Kasich to stay in.
He is not worth the ink to print. Cruz has no chance per the vote count anymore. That being said a shady convention could do it.
Realistically they both need to drop out and support Trump. I say this as no fan of Trump but will vote for him in November
