Klayman should simply hire on as spokesperson for the team. And do as many interviews as possible.
When the gag order comes....do interviews about the gag order.
Turn this thing into a media circus.

Yes if there ever was a need for a media circus its this attempt to railroad about 100 people into prison.

Under what law is a judge allowed to deny a defendant his choice of counsel providing that the counsel is legally entitled to practice law in said jurisdiction?

Sounds like the Judge should be tried and put away. Maybe he or she will be within a year.

Cliven Bundy vs the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT
(that can do whatever it pleases with all the resources it needs)
Sounds fair.

Because Klayman isn’t admitted in NV? Odd to not do an accommodation in a criminal matter.

Whoa! Every time I think the Judiciary can’t get any worse, things like this pop up.

Control = Bondage, we’ve been there for decades but this is now in our face bondage by the federal government and its crooked minion gestapo. And all those anti firearms politicians across this country want to disarm the citizen for safety reasons?
To: george76
In a two-page order, Gloria Navarro said she will not allow Klayman into the high-profile
criminal case until he can give her proof that ethical disciplinary proceedings against
him in Washington, D.C., have been resolved in his favor.

Like Obama, this Judge doesn’t follow the Constitution. Courts routinely allow defendants to even change attorneys at least once.

This country is disintegrating. Hate to be so cynical, but the evidence is right in front of us.

Klayman is a litigator and not a criminal defense attorney. Bundy would be better served by someone who knows his way around a criminal trial. Otherwise at the end of the day Klayman would have his headlines and Bundy would still be going to jail.
