‘You Gotta Stop!’ Hannity Loses His Cool with Ted Cruz Over Delegates
Mediaite ^ | 4/19/16 | Josh Feldman

Sean Hannity got a little frustrated with Ted Cruz during a radio interview this afternoon over his campaign’s delegate game.

Cruz said he doesn’t think most people care about this stuff. Hannity shot back by invoking his millions of followers and saying plenty of people “find this whole process confusing.”

When Cruz dismissively said only Donald Trump‘s people are complaining, Hannity kind of blew up:

“Senator, why do you do this? Every single time––no, you gotta stop! Every time I have you on the air and I ask you a legitimate question, you try to throw this in my face, I’m getting sick of it!”

Cruz testily asked, “Sean, can I answer your last question without being interrupted?”

He explained how the system works and how the “noise and complaining and whining” is only coming from Team Trump. Hannity shot back that people have serious issues and “it’s a simple question, it’s not a Trump question.”

At one point, Hannity said, “Senator, I don’t know why you’re mad.” Cruz said he’s not mad, he’s just irked that he’s asking “only about the nonsense” and not about policy.

Hannity insisted he has asked the senator about policy plenty of times and simply wants to address

The voter’s will should matter. CRuz does not care about winning the votes as long as he can steal the delegates.

Uh, Hannity posted the stats on his site the day he first talked about it. Look it up yourself; I’m not your butler.

The Elephant in the room that neither wants to talk about is public perception of voterless elections he ‘won’.

Trump has shown the light on that and the public finally understands just how corrupt the system has been for decades.

I have not seen any slime from Irish Juggler, but plenty from Trumpets. Just disagreeing is not “sliming”, but using the vile language I read in many/most Trump supporter posts is.

I’d be willing to bet Hannity will formally endorse Trump once Cruz is officially eliminated from getting 1,237 delegates (could happen tonight if Trump sweeps NY) and urge both Cruz and Kasich to suspend their campaigns (which would happen in a normal election when one is eliminated from the nomination).

Hannity would base the endorsement of Trump on getting party unity and trying to not see this thing head to Cleveland undecided on who will be the GOP nominee!!!

“us little folk haven’t had any control over the nominee” Yes, you do. Do the work in the party. Man the phone banks, show up for delegate elections, volunteer to be a poll watcher or poll worker. Show that you care about the party over time and you too can be someone who matters to the party.

I heard it the day he said it. Don’t need to look it up.

At that time, Cruz had 180 minutes on his radio show and Trump had 120 minutes.

You bring up Trumps time on O’Blowhard when that wasn’t the topic at hand.

“At least he didn’t compare anyone to a pedophile.......”

No, he has his minion Beck call Trump’s wife a “Lesbian Porn Star”, and Trump’s Mother a “Whore”.

You Trumpets continue to use the pejorative “steal” when Cruz is merely out organizing, executing, and beating Trump’s squad at the ground game of politics. You really should be concerned with the ineffective team Trump has assembled. It seems to be a reflection of their boss and his “style”.

I don't think Hannity meant to be rude at all, but I guess he lost his cool for a moment. Certainly Cruz lost his cool much more of that interview. He was in full blown lawyer/porcupine/hyper defensive/lash out mode. Its not like him, he is normally a lot more straight forward.

Sorry...it was an apt description of the essence of Hannity’s slavish relationship with Trump. The once overly proud Chris Christie was reduced by Trump to the same lowly status “enjoyed” by Hannity. This no-longer-proud status to which Christie was reduced was evidenced by Trump, once Christie endorsed him, having the very uncomfortable looking Christie stand behind Trump in Florida looking like Trump’s “bitch”. That is now the essence of the Trump-Christie relationship even if you cannot recognize it.

Hannity was very polite, not hostile. Ted was a tool.

Why should a person have to be part of the in crowd for their vote to be important?

FWIW, I have manned phone banks, the last time four years ago for the Romney campaign. There was absolutely NO outreach to volunteers to be part of the process.

Beck and only Beck is responsible for what he says. The same goes for Trump and Cruz. “Johnnies friend did it too!” is not an adult rejoinder.

She was originally from Mexico and she was subject to left wing ideology in college.
She is disgusted by all the welfare everywhere, but she heard all this victims due to whites in college as well.

She is sick of taxation since she pays a boat load.

She is young and female, they IMO in general more often than not like to lead Americans left, sure isn't the men.

By the way - in every state that went the caucus route every Republican had the right and ability to attend and be part of the process, AND VOTE!! SO don’t suggest the people were not allowed to vote.

Spoke with my sister and brother in law today, last month they were committed to voting for Cruz, but now after Colorado, and Cruz’s other Shenanigans, they will be voting for Trump in California’s primary. Good job teddy, your sleazeballness turned them away!
