What happens to the paper ballots? Shouldn’t there be a manual count of the votes to back up the results?

What happens to the paper ballots? Shouldn’t there be a manual count of the votes to back up the results?

The program compensates for that so the totals remain unchanged...for example, it will pull off one vote for candidate A and then add it to candidate B’s total.

Really, watch the video when you have a chance. Something else...

I thought the paper ballots were less prone to vote fraud, now, I am not at all sure.
